Job Location: Store Location
Reports to: Assistant Store Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt. Positions are Part-Time; Seasonal or Non-Seasonal
JOB SUMMARY
Dedicated resource within the Store team, responsible for executing facility related programs in compliance with Corporate and regulatory guidelines and ensuring the stores cleaning and maintenance standards are consistently met. Responsible for interior and exterior maintenance, cleanliness and safety. Assess facility conditions and trends for proper planning of tasks and activities.
JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Practice sound safety knowledge & best practices for cleaning & maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized restrooms & maintenance closet
Clean restrooms, break room and store floors; general cleaning and trash removal as required
Maintain trash free outside area
General light maintenance as required
Use floor scrubber
May be required to cross train and perform other duties
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of cleaning supplies & equipment
Ability to work independently without supervision
Ability to access and use the in-store computer, scanning system, and wireless handheld unit
Ability to participate in our online applicant and new hire onboarding process remotely
Ability to complete computer-based training
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Good visual acuity and close vision for computer work
Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
Ability to use a ladder and/or pallet jack
Ability to use floor scrubber, mopping & cleaning
Repetitive wrist movements on keyboard
Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times per day
Ability to verbally communicate effectively and professionally with all audiences (in-person or via handheld transceiver)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
