The position is based at the Company's northwest Alabama facility and will oversee all company sites.
Key
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, disputes, and misunderstandings.
Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction and engagement.
Benefits Administration:
Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, including, but not limited to, health insurance and retirement plans.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local benefit regulations.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions or workshops.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Legal Compliance and Policy Development:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance review processes.
Work with management teams to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.

Education and/or
Experience:
BS, BA, or MBA strongly preferred, with 5 plus years of experience in Human Resources.
Language Skills:
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal.
Computer Skills:
Computer skills/proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and modern ERP systems.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$40,000.
00 - $1,000,000.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
